I haven't had time to do the full trip report yet, but here's a little preview of what's to come.
Things I got off my "to do" list:
Buffets
- Paris buffet breakfast (had only been there for dinner before)
- Wynn Dinner Buffet (had only been for breakfast)
Other Restaurants
- One really fancy restaurant (Commander's Palace, Isla)
- Capriottis for a Slaw Be Jo
- Biscuits & Gravy, Hash Browns, Bacon @ Peppermill (although I had been warned)
- Fatburger, gave them another try after a not-so-great first experience
Drinking
- Isla @ TI for tequila (and, as it turned out, dinner)
Gambling
- Play some Hold 'em. I've played 7-card stud in the casinos, but never Hold 'em.
- Play more blackjack
Shows
- We Will Rock You @ The Paris
Other Things To Do/See
- Garden of Eden sanctuary at The Flamingo
Only If I'm Nearby
- Thunderstorm at the Desert Passage (good thing it wasn't a special trip)
Casinos
- Visited Riviera before it goes away
- Visited Stardust before it goes away
- Visited New Frontier (don't think I've ever been in this one)
- Visited Bally's before it goes away
- Visited Circus Circus before it goes away
- Visited Westward Ho before it goes away
And some other things I did that weren't on the list:
Hotels - Bellagio, TI (repeat)
Dining - Cafe Bellagio, Commander's Palace, Cravings (repeat), Carnegie Deli (repeat), Palio, The Coffee Shop
Shows - Avenue Q, "O"
And I still have to "supplement" Mikey's review of Commander's Palace (i.e. defend my choice of drinks
