I'm leaving tomorrow with my girlfriend and hoping the forecasted rain holds off so I can drive like a maniac. We're staying at the Mirage Wed/Thurs/Fri - $69/69/89.

I really have no plans for this trip. But a lot of stuff penciled-in. I want to check out a game at Cashman Field, where the Las Vegas 51's(the Los Angeles Dodgers AAA team) play.

As far as dining is concerned the Golden Gate is a given, and so is one of the many Tacos Mexico locations around vegas; home of the $.60 taco -- I can eat about 20. I want to try the Aladdin buffet because I've never been, and the Monte Carlo or MSS brewpups since it's hard to find anything better than Sam Adams or Heiniken at most casinos, but that is about all.

Gambling-wise, I'm sticking to VP and blackjack. And I'm planning on a lot of practicing the KO method, so I can be the next Booger.

And of course a half-ass trip report when I get back.

Good for you, practice makes perfect!Don't get
discouraged, remember you will still lose more
hands then you win,but you will win the "big"
hands and that will more then make-up for the
ones you lose.Have fun!
