This thread is a sequel to the original thread. Same rules/disclaimers apply. I'll paste them below anyway.

For the utmost clarity, I have copied the same table/data from the original thread, as in the absence of reported corrections I believe we can reasonably assume this data has not been substantially changed. Of course, if you notice any inaccuracies, please report them and I will correct the table accordingly. Of course, I have added new information that has been made available since the edit window closed on the last thread... and will continue to add new information as it is provided. I'm just stating this so that it doesn't look like I copy/pasted the table without changing anything.

    ---

Given the uncertainty surrounding what table minimums would look like in Vegas following the COVID closure in light of parameters such as fewer players to a table, it seems enough of us are interested in knowing what table minimums are like around town just to have an idea of how “playable” tables are for our respective bankrolls.

It is very important to note two things about this chart…

    1. All figures provided are meant to provide a BALLPARK range, and should in no way be treated as definitive or official. Figuratively speaking, if $5 and $10 minimums are reported for a given game at a given casino, you can be pretty sure you won’t see minimums hike up to $100. Correspondingly, if $50 and $100 minimums are reported for a given game at at given casino, you should not expect to find $5 or $10 minimums. This is largely common sense, I’m just saying this upfront to avoid misleading anyone to think minimums were X, and ended up being Y.

    2. All figures are self-reported by VMB community members (or sourced from third-party websites deemed reliable by reporting users). Accordingly, you should take all figures with a grain of salt to account for unexpected changes or potential inaccuracies of sorts. For all intents and purposes, this chart is basically the same thing as a regular thread in which people periodically report table minimums, but without having to forage through it for the latest information about a given game at a given casino.

Navigating the chart below should be pretty self-explanatory. Notes may accompany a given sighting of a table minimum for such things as the day/time of the sighting or game variations (e.g., certain blackjack limits might be 6:5 vs 3:2 or DD vs 8D shoe). The far-right column for notes will also provide any irregularities about a given table, such as whether or not plexiglass is used.

If you wish to report a new sighting of minimums for a given game at a given casino, please post it in this thread, and I will endeavour to update the chart within 24 hours. Please do your best to include the following information, ideally in the following format for the sake of simplicity…

Casino / Game / Minimum Bet / Day and timeframe of sighting / Misc. Notes

    Example: Bellagio / Blackjack / $25 / Tuesday Afternoon / 6:5, CSM, Plexiglass dividers

Post sightings in this thread only, please do NOT send me a PM.

@notfromconcentrate or anyone else with some knowledge-all former pitch games (DD and single deck) are now being dealt face up with no players touching cards now i assume, right?

That is the case downtown - with one notable exception: The 3-card Poker table at 4-Queens is still a face-down game and players handle their own cards!

Note for NFC - the UTH & 3-card tables at the El-Co were $5 minimums.

Thanks TopCard! :) Do you recall which day of the week and approximately when in the day you saw these minimums?

Tuesday, June 9th through Thursday June 11th 11th, day & night & Friday, June 12th, during the day.
The impression I had was that those two tables (UTH & 3-card) would remain at $5.

3-card tables at 4-Queens & the Cal were also $5, Monday through Thursday, day & night.

I just played at a DD, $25 table at The Plaza, and there’s no touching. Pit came up and told a guy named Jeff that he can’t play there anymore, and he was only betting $200 at the most.

In all fairness, a 3:2 DD game dealt face-up with a maximum of three players is very vulnerable to advantage play, between the amount of information you’ll get from the cards not being dealt as pitch, and fewer cards being “used up” at a high count with more players. You didn’t say what his minimum bet was, but if it was the $25 table minimum, that 1-8 unit spread is more than sufficient to capitalize on high counts. Likewise, it’s also more than sufficient to attract some heat.

The table minimum was $25, and I’d see him go up to $200, and he played two hands the whole time. While he could count, he couldn’t have any conversation, and the player on third base even made a comment about his second to last play, and he just sat there quietly.

Midi at Sahara for $50 is news, and something I haven't seen.

Came downstairs this morning at 8:30am, and tables are open at The Plaza.

Craps will not reopen until after July 1st.

I also saw people handling the cards at Pai Gow Poker at both MGM Grand and Bellagio. However, they're also changing out the cards more often, which is a huge slowdown (as many of us know, there's a whole process involved with putting in a new deck of cards).

Ok, looks like we're back to it. I'm past the edit window for the table in its most current form. There doesn't seem to be as much interest in this thread as the last one, as I feel like most board members have gotten a pretty good sense of what the limits are like in the first few weeks of opening.

With that being said, I have the table code copied in a separate document and can easily re-create a new thread, and it would take me less than two minutes to add Outkastgamer's new observations (thank you for adding them here, by the way! :) ). As before, please LIKE this post if you are interested in a new thread. If this post reaches ten likes, I'll make the new thread.

    I won?!:p
    tenth vote.. let's goooo
I'll try to go extra detail on my table travails reporting.

(I really should have consulted the thread before my last trip, $5 min is my JAM, but I'm willing to poke at some shorter sessions at $10/15. I'm thinking of breaking my session BR in half, with a pause in between to process and re-adjust to this strange new world- but I probably won't, because spaces are so precious)
