Plaza from a first timer here

This is my experience from the plaza this was my first time staying here. We were able to check in at noon on a Friday. Yup the front desk could be redone and made bigger. We ate at hash house and it was excellent and lived on the food options (taco and pop up pizza). The pool is nice upgrade from other hotels that don't have one. The room was clean and in good shape. Gambling on machines is plentiful and the machines weren't tight like on the strip. I mainly played black jack and will be taking home a few Plaza dollars. Never a issue getting drinks while gambling. There's many signs about the 500 for new players, I think like a lot of other things in Vegas you have to ask.

stayed there a few times too ... i like it...rather star there or at the el cortez then spend valuable vegas money on a room at the strip

i think so. i was there over Halloween week and had a good experience overall. i still haven't finished my trip reporting... i have a couple of days worth up on my blog... but eventually i'll recap my plaza experience.
