PIC TR: 2/16-22 Bellagio, Food Porn, Blackjack

Headed out of Houston to our fav land for an ITSM training and conference. Staying at Bellagio for 6 nights. Will be eating on the company dime and playing pit games every chance I get! Will be posting a lot of pics with maybe not a lot of commentary. Pics are the best part anyway imo.

Will touch down at 12pm local and only plans for today are some blackjack at Cosmo and dinner at Momofuku for David Chang's pork ramen

Hobby is a well-kept secret! It looks like we're FINALLY going to get direct service to Hobby next month. Hobby is small and convenient but you've had to change planes. I can fly nonstop into Intercontinental but it's a major drive to my client's site and 9 times out of 8 I seem to end up on one of those teeny toy planes!

Agree Hobby is great almost never crowded. I use Southwest as much as possible

Played 2 shoes of $25 BJ at Cosmo and left up $200. Walked over to an empty craps table and promptly lost that $200 with 2 point-7-outs. So still even tho so no complaints. I'm ready for ramen! Got this to hold me over.

Decided on an early dinner at Momofuku but they don't serve the full menu until 530. Luckily the pork ramen is on the bar menu but I couldn't get the side of kimchi I wanted.

Penicillin - scotch, lemon, honey. Pretty good but the scotch is a little too peaty for my taste.

Pork Ramen was rich and fatty and delicious. I read a few reviews that complained it was too salty, I disagree. Would def order again.

I heard so many goods things about momofuku please let me know how it is....was there long line...what you thought of menu etc. planning to go eat there on March .... following along .... go get em!!!

Lol as I was posting about request you posted pics and reviews .. awesome job thanks man!!! Side of kimchi would have been good. What's the price range??
