I'm headed to Scottsdale on Thursday. Any reason to make a stop at any of the casinos? I'm typically a dice player and don't think they have craps. Bubble craps does not really appeal to me. I assume Talking Stick is the best of the group. Anything you have to offer would be appreciated. Thanks.

No craps, other than bubble craps. Talking Stick has a nice poker room, and decent selection of table games Thought their high end restaurant (Orange Sky?) was good, but I've only eaten there on an expense account, so not sure I'd like it as much out of pocket. Not sure about their other restaurants. Good number of blackjack and Pai Gow tables as well as other table games, and what looked like a wide variety of slots, although really played mostly poker or blackjack there.

On the plus side, right next door is a top golf. Start there, grab a bite and a drink, then hit up talking stick. That seems to occur at least one night on most of my business trips out there.
