sorry it is so short and on only one part of the trip but this was a highlight for sure on this current trip.
we had the VIP section of the sportsbook reserved for our group of 8 at Planet Hollywood as we wanted to kick back in style and bet on some hockey games. When we arrived there was already about 7 or 8 people in this section that holds maybe 15 people or so max . I went and checked in to make sure it was Ok to head in and I was told " is it ok if we gave up one of your sofas ? it was only suppose to be another group of 3 but charlie sheen brought his entourage with him." . I look at the group and sure enough, there's charlie sheen . I was excited and said no problem, so we head in and try not to make too big a deal of it being a celebrity and give him his privacy. Then one of his group heads out and as he passes us asks " how is PH treating us?" I said awesome, we love PH and our casino host treats us like royalty,,,,,he says thanks and leaves ........Charlie leans towards us and says " great answer, you just told the owner of PH what he wanted to hear"....at the time i didnt know that's who he was so now i was really excited that robert earl was also in our section. He then thanks us for letting him bring in his extra people........before we know it we have a free $120 bar credit,,,not sure if charlie did it or the owner but it was awesome. I have to say I love charlie in some of his movies epecially wall street and his small role in Ferris Bueller but after seeing how he dealt with us, I am totally fuckin impressed with him. He wasnt uppity, he chatted with us for the rest of the night, allowed us to take some pics with him, he signed our reservation sheets for the VIP section and then said he had to bolt as his jet had been on the runway for 1/2 hr waiting to take him home. I guess he had been in town for the opening of his new clothing line, the da vinci collection. I have seen quite a few celebrities in vegas but being in such close proximity and him going out of his way to make sure all was good showed me he is a class act.
