It's early but the only bet I see is the Jets -3. Great defense against a bad team and at home.
Never bet a lot on the first week of NFL. Too much unknown.
Of course I love the Eagles -3 as a homer.

Grew up in Pittsburgh. I've been in NOVA 20+ yrs and am still at Pirates/Steelers/Pens fan, DC teams and sports scene just ain't got it. I have Nats season tickets because I love baseball, but the atmosphere in PNC Park is so much better...even when the Bucs were awful. Feel sorry for the Skins fans, they deserve so much better.

Yes I do live in the area, but im just speaking in a capping POV. Yes they have issues and are garbage. In a fans POV, i would also be pissed with the decisions they have made but it all starts with Snyder and his "dictatorship" with the team and what he has done to it since the Cooke era. Yes, Snyder owns the team but he needs to let his mngmt and heads run the team without him always getting involved. He knows he always has a sold out game with a waitlist for tix. Pretty soon, he will realise what he has done to the franchise but im sure he already knows.

Its just not the same as it was with the Cooke family.

OK, I'm going to get crap from frank and bronco, but here it goes. What's Dallas vs Eagles showing? Figure since this is the first weekend I'll be in Vegas in a LONG time I might as well put some down.

Unfortunately I've only ever known the Snyder ownership/dictatorship.

My friend says he's heard good things about 5dimes, and that if he could do it all over again he'd probably use them instead of Bovada. However he also says he's been using Bovada for four years now-- solely the sports book except one drunken rampage in the slots after he hit a 9 game parlay. Said the one time he did a withdrawal-- in NY anyway-- they did it via Western Union and he felt a bit awkward walking in to his small town grocery store where everyone knows each other and getting a decent chunk of money from some dude in the Philippines. Heard in other states they send a shady looking check that usually results in a ton of issues trying to cash it.

I think bovada is based in Canada. All my bovada checks that have come in are from a Canadian bank

I've been with 5dimes for years as i love to bet womens tennis {WTF i know} and they have lines for all tennis played down to the challenger level. Checks and withdrawals have always come in good time and the support staff seem ok. Well, a lot better than some other books. I've never had a problem cashing one of their checks. You'll always have to jump few a through hoops when cashing a check from another country. I don't think its that big of a deal.

As for looking shady I wouldn't worry about it, but remember, you are technically breaking the law. So there's that.

The cowboys blew out the Redskins at their place 44-17 at the end of last season. Just saying! [emoji2]

They do usually play different at home though.
