I valet at the D or the Four Queens.

At the Four Queens you have to play slots minimally. At the D no charge, just tip $1.

Hotel guests at many downtown properties get to park for free. Not sure what you are asking, are you just visiting downtown but not staying at a downtown hotel and are asking about parking? Many downtown hotels also validate if you are eating at one of their restaurants or if you put in a certain amount of play. You can also pay a certain amount to park in their lot if you don't put in enough play or eat at their restaurants. Previously if you are a cardholder at the El Cortez you could park for free but not sure what their policy is now. And if you really don't want to pay for parking there is street parking in some areas near the El Cortez.
