I've been to Vegas 21 times, and for some reason, have never stepped foot in Paris' sportsbook. I was very impressed with the staff, drink service, comfort and overall vibe. Have you all been?

Couldn’t agree more. It’s been my go to under the radar sportsbook for years. Bar is super close, people are friendly, bathrooms are right there and it’s never ever ever been at all busy, even during times where you might expect it (like football weekends)...

I’m a big fan. It might not be the “best” sportsbook, but it’s a great mix of nice and easy!

Good to know. Might check it out during football season for my November trip.

I go there to play the horses every time I stay at Bally's. The difference between the two sportsbooks is huge.Bally's is big-lots of room and seats, but the bar is at the entrance, cocktail service is nonexistent, beer and cocktails in plastic cups. The tellers are-well, non enthusiastic and you have to ask for drink coupons even if you tip them. The tellers at Paris are very friendly, all the individual tvs at the desk areas seem to work, and drink coupons were freely offered even for bets $20 or less. Drink service is frequent, good, and my mimosas always came in glass. The bathroom is right behind the seating areas-maybe 10 steps. The bar is right there and there is bartop VP.

If you like big and glitzy, this book is not for you. Its smaller, quieter, just a chill atmosphere which is so refreshing after doing Vegas crowds all day.
Don't get me wrong, I LOVE the new sportsbook at the Wynn-big, beautiful, busy (not overly so),

    Next trip-Can't wait!

Yes, we hang with Keith at the bar at least once a trip, more if we are staying at Paris or Ballys. One of my favorite bartenders in Vegas, always remembers us by name.

Paris SP has a nice little bar that's almost always empty.

We always go to the Paris sportsbook , the tellers are very good there and always remember us. We get all the drink tickets we can use and generally end up giving away some on our way out. The bartender at the bar is very nice too. Security is good there too about keeping people out who are just trying to watch tv or sleep. I have been to lots of the Vegas books and this one is my favorite by far.

Anyone ever been there for the opening weekend of the NFL? Im looking for a place where me and a group of friends can bet on games and actually sit in the book and watch football all day. Opening weekend has always been a issue for us to find a good place to watch the games.

We have used that sports book when we stayed at Paris. Dh always liked it and the free drinks were plentiful. We often were there during the Kentucky Derby and all the seats are reserved. One Derby Day we were in our seats and three young men came in, saw that everything had reserved signs on them, proceeded to remove the signs from three of the seats and sit. It wasn't more than minutes when security arrived and abruptly removed them from the sports book without even a discussion. I enjoyed watching the whole show.

I remembered reading this post and just got this in a promo email today, one of many coming from CET ahead of my stay a few days from now. Just made me laugh, but perhaps this is part of what helps it stay a nice laid back place. As you can see it's on Paris "letterhead" with Paris as the sender, basically telling me to go to Linq for sports betting. Weird. Absolute zero mention in any of my emails so far, including this one, of the fact that Paris even has its own, and the entire content of the email was in relation to sports betting. Maybe Linq is just desperate? Never seen their book with more than a few people in it, but to be fair I've never really been there during any significant popular sporting contest either that I know of, just like cricket and south American dog racing going on when I've been there I think.

For a high energy place, I find the LINQ sportsbook to be very low energy and disappointing. Sort of like PH is a high energy casino, but their pool is lame. Funny how that happens.
