any way to be sure I get the renovated room at the palazzo? Or does it really matter? I've never stayed there.

Renovated or not, the rooms at Palazzo are top-notch. It really doesn't matter.

These were from our 2015 trip. In 2016, we stayed at Venetian and our room was definitely more worn. We're heading back to Palazzo June 5, so I'll snap some photos then. [IMG][IMG]

Venetian has remodeled the rooms already. Palazzo is in the process. Simply ask for a renovated room at check in and tip if you get one.

Really loved Palazzo when we stayed there. It is nice to have the separate seating area so if you want to relax in the room you are not stuck sitting on the bed. Have fun!
