Well, technically they are two different topics. Yours is "Palazzo or Venetian?", the other one is "Venetian or Palazzo?".
palazzo the parking entrance to palazzo is way easier to get in and out of compared to venetian side that alone makes the case for me
The rooms are equivalent in size, quality and style. Palazzo has a different vibe than Venetian. Palazzo is more laid back/quiet with high ceilings in the casino so you feel the smoke invading your lungs less. Venetian is the center of the action with low ceiling casino and rowdy gamblers. Palazzo almost has a more elegant feel to it compared to Venetian. We like to be in the center of the action so we prefer the Venetian.
I'm a V/P guy and I prefer the Palazzo over the Venetian side. The rooms are the same size but I like the counter they have as the divider between the living room and the bedroom versus the railing at Venetian. I also prefer the Palazzo's casino but will play both. The Venetian's Grand Lux is better IMO
So true! I thought I was the only one that thought that. I figured its the same restaurant and it should be equal, but thats not the case.
The food and the service were the same but the layout is a big reason. I like the way the Venetian's is set up much better. I like sitting on that little patio they have there and watching the people. Was treated to a really awkward confrontation once. A couple had just checked in and from what I could understand from the time the wife/girlfriend had checked in and went up to the room the husband/boyfriend had blown their bankroll.
The one at Palazzo seems like an after thought they shoved into the back corner of the casino. Also, in my experience the food at the Venetian is prepared better and they rarely mess up my order. The few times we have eaten at the Palazzo (because the Venetian side was doing cleanup/maintenance an closed for the night) it has been countless mistakes and the food is less tasty. Plus the Venetian Grand Lux take out side is phenomenal.
I've only eaten at the Venetian Lux, and it was good. TA reviewers like it better, but both are highly rated.
