    My Trip Report

Life has been hectic the last few weeks but I finally had time to write up the first 3 days of our Feb trip (last 2 days was Cosmopolitan and already posted) during the time period where LVS was changing their comp structure and tried to cancel our comps less then 24 hours before we left on our trip.

Trip report covers Palazzo stay, party in wrap around suite at Cosmopolitan, dinners at Aquaknox, Tao and M Resort's Terzetto restaurant. Lion Dance held at M resort, visit to Fremont Street and short video of zipliners going over head and 2 days of losing followed by final day at Palazzo on a winning streak.

    Hope you enjoy it!

Thanks for the post! Sorry to hear LVS ended up burning yet another good player. Sheldon needs to have his head examined!

Some of the best food photos ever on this board. Really got me hungry for seafood.
    Liked the videos, as well.

Great report as always. Glad you had a good time. I wouldn't step back in there on principal...that charge could just as easily been $999.

Thanks folks, I appreciate the nice comments. I'm sorry it's taken me so long to return, but life took a hectic turn and all my message boards fell to the wayside due to other priorities.

I'm leaving for Vegas on Monday again and staying at Cosmopolitan because they made me a comp offer I couldn't pass up. I'll be doing live tweets during that trip and of course writing up the usual TR later on the blog.

Diane, you're correct if they could decide to revoke some comps and add on $99, they could do it for more next time, though I suppose I could try to contest it with my credit card company. However, I've had a lot of trips where they treated me wonderfully and where my host went to a lot of special trouble for us that was above the call of duty and took up his personal time. These changes that upper management made isn't his fault and since he's the host that has always given me the most personal service I'm willing to give them another chance when they come to their senses and hopefully loosen up their comps again, though personally it would be better if he just went to work for another one of the casinos I like. I understand though why other customers who haven't had anyone there in the past go to any extra trouble for them would decide never to darken their casino again given the behavior of LVS over the last few months.

What LVS is doing is probably going to kill their business if they keep on doing it. I feel like this is turning into a Bait and Switch type of deal. P and V are great places to stay at and the atmosphere is wonderful.
