Is there a Pai Gow tutorial app for Apple devices?

I have WinPoker on my iphone (and the HD version on my ipad) and Aw Craps for Craps. Any Pai gow or Blackjack apps?

I'm definitely a visual learner and I like VP a lot but wouldn't mind playing Pai Gow or BJ on this trip.

Donutman Software puts out a Pai Gow app for Android, with a button that allows you to see how the dealer would play the hand (according to the app's house rules). I don't know if they make a corresponding app for Apple.
