I love Pac-Man but my interest in this fight is dying by the day. They could have picked a better opponent. Or serve him up a jobber he can demolish in 3 rounds on free HBO.

    I lose, I don't care

Lol has nothing to do with the Celtics. All about money and PPV buys.

I don't really watch boxing all that much but I'll watch a few fights a year.

I don't know what to say after that decision. I didn't actually find out about it until a while afterwards. I stopped watching before the decision because I thought, "Of course Pacquiao won".

    What a corrupt "sport".

So we all got to witness a robbery at the MGM last night. Absolutely disgusting. Those judges need to be held accountable for this and I think they need to publicly explain their decision. I haven't felt this mad about boxing since Lewis/Holyfield 1.

So the next fight is supposed to be Bradley v. Pac in a rematch instead of Mayweather v. Pac? Makes you say hmmm.

You really have to wonder if the NV Athletic Commission instructed the judges before the fight to take into consideration that Manny often will fight only the last minute and steal many a round that way. He clearly threw and landed more punches but perhaps the judges penalitized him for not pressing the action more in the later rounds. You also have to begin to wonder if this actually helps making the Mayweather fight now. Many will blow Brandley out in five rounds in November and then they will set-up the Mayweather fight. Because Manny how has a recent loss, he looses the moral high ground in demanding a 50/50 PPV split with Mayweather and will have to accept a 60/40 split. If I were Manny, I would announce today that I will go ahead with the Bradley rematch with hopes of moving on to Mayweather next but that neither fight will take place in Nevada and that for as long as he fights we will never hold another card there because of last night's robbery. Doubt Bob Arrum and Top Rank would allow that though.

Call me crazy but I don't think this loss should impact his stance on a 50/50 split. No one sees this loss as a legitimate loss. Even Bradley couldn't believe he won. Pac/May is still the fight everyone wants to see and both sides need the other to make it happen. I would expect Arum and Manny to still demand a 50/50 split, and righfully so.

The winner, and undisputed champion of that night....Dana White!!
With how awful the past decade has been for boxing, is this what they really needed to reinforce people's distrust in the sport?

I've been watching/betting boxing for decades. The fight was a lot closer than the Lampley & Co. were hyping during the fight.

Manny didn't try much during the second half of the fight, and tried winning rounds via the Sugar Ray Leonard take off for 150 seconds and go all out the last 30 seconds of the round method.

Perhaps his skills / conditioning have eroded over the past year + and it's likely his head isn't where it needs to be in terms of total commitment to the fight game.

I scored the bout 115-113 in favor of Manny, consistent with Roth's scorecard. I think Manny won the fight, but he definitely did not win the fight convincingly and I have seen far worse decisions over the years.

I didn't see the Bradley fight, but after watching the last Marquez fight I can't say I'm surprised that Pacquia lost a decision. I thought it could have gone the other way in the Marquez fight too.
