Where are you staying? Are you looking for the best experience? If so, I'd put Oscar's in a class below the really, really good Vegas steak places. But the happy hour is a good deal

I haven't had Barrys - cannot comment there.

Cut and Bavettes are my two I prefer the most

Disappointed when the wife and ate at Oscar’s 2 years ago. Hopefully if you do go, you have a better experience then we did.
However they do have a good happy hour

SW and Barry's in that order. Barry's is good but IMO a step below SW in terms of food, service and ambiance. Can't speak to Oscar's. I adore CUT. Unless you wanted to be downtown for a different mix I'd say SW and CUT. If you wanted to be downtown then I'd say SW or CUT and then Barry's.

I agree with @Flowers , but my new favorite steakhouse is Bazaar Meats at Sahara . See my reviews in the restaurant section.

I'll second @DaiLun regarding Bazaar, but if cost is not an issue, I'd take SW out of those three.

SW, then Barry’s. Barry’s is good, but just a small step below the best places on the strip. Haven’t had Bazaar, but it’s on our list. If you want to stay on the strip and skip Barry’s the second night, CUT, Prime, Jean George, and STK are other solid options. Can’t speak to it personally, but I know there are some here that like Ramsey Steak at Paris as well.

Skip Oscars unless you really want to see the dome for some reason. And in which case, just go for happy hour and sit at the bar (pre-Covid at least, they had a good happy hour).

The bartenders at Barry's are as close to naked as probably allowable by the health department. If good / bad for your experience if sitting at the bar. Reminded me of the bra as a top Seinfeld episode.

Can confirm, the whiskey cart @ Barrys was a smokeshow.
Smoke poured into whiskey drinks, of course.

If you're going DT anyways, I'd give Barrys a shot,
maybe for the novelty factor, I love the feel of that space.
otherwise, I'll defer to the Strip experts.

That’s interesting.when I was there last month ,both guys behind the bar were fully dressed.
One of the bartenders is a friend
Agree with @Flowers Cut and SW are a step above Barry’s although Barry’s is very good.
I’ll through Jean Georges into the mix,
