Ok gang...

With everyone that wants to meet up we've got a very small window of opportunity--I hope nobody is left out, but here we go.

Due to flight schedules and such, we'll be playing craps at the LV Club on Friday, March 19th starting around 5:30 pm. Of course, I'll probably be lurking around there earlier, and will likely be there most of the evening.

So lets plan on that!

Mikey

I am there Mikey and am looking forward to it.Though I may have to drag myself away from screaming at the TV as ANOTHER free throw is missed which somehow always seems to costs me money.

SteveB (MSS March 16-23)

Don't worry--I think there's a tv in the bar next to the craps table. If not, LVC is tiny so you can certainly find a tv to check on your way to/from the little boy's room :D

I am there, unless you folks take all my money at the poker table...

And not to compete the craps Maestro, lets not forget about the hold 'em meet at the Monte Carlo.
Noon, Friday the 19th. See everybody there!

What about Thursday? Playing some hold'em sounds like a reasonable way to work through a hangover from Wednesday night! My flight leaves Friday morning, so I won't get to play at that game.

I suck.

I will be there in spirit.... If I had just left the LVC instead of going over to the plaza I would have came home with 140.00 MORE last month oh well easy come easy go

I am one who really doesnt like to see kids in Vegas just because they see things they shouldnt I think and dh and I would fight over who gets to babysit and who gets to go gamble well now we are both sitting here trying to figure out who we could take with us to babysit and make vegas our family vacation .. I dont think we really will but we really want to ;) :D

Have fun

We can make this work for everybody. How bouts like 5 pm Thursday. We have to move to downtown and check out the dealers schools AFTER the limit hold 'em tournament at MB that morning...

I forgot about the tournament! Hey, we should do some kind of side wager...first T2Ver out of the tourney buys drinks or something. Best finisher gets to put "T2V Poker King" or something in his signature line for one year (I'm making the bold assumption that this will become an annual event).

Whaddaya think?

Winner = T2V Poker King, March 17, 2004
and holds the official Binion's 50th anniversary $5 chip until the next year.

Loser = I suck...
and is the gopher boy for the remaining players fetching drinks, food, cocktail waitress', and the ocassional phone number of passers by.

Yeah I think I am in too...as long as it doesnt intrude too much on my hoops bets.Where and when?

I'm definately in on the craps game Friday @ 5:30.

I'm also interested in the poker tourney. I have never played in a poker tourney befroe but "what the hell". Sounds like I'll be the one being the bar maid by the end

What time/where is the tournament?

My travel plans call for me to be there earlier in the week, but I will put it on the calender for next year.
Atleast, I can warm the LVC table up for you guys.

Never played Poker in Vegas before but I might have to witness all the trash talking going on at the poker table. :D

you know....at the Mirage room, they run super satellite one table tourneys from about noon until... I think an hour or so before the night's "Big Tournament". They just keep doing them as soon as they have 10 people on the list.... I'm thinking we could almost get one to ourselves...they buy-in is only like $15 or $25, depending on whether it's limit or no-limit (alternates every day), so people without poker experience could still join in the fun without worrying about losing a bunch of cash....and the odds would be good that a T2Ver would get entry to the BigBoy tourney that night, which would make a good story.

Something to think about.

Damn Terry, you're a freakin' genius!

That would work SO well...
