I'm doing double duty in October. Driving in after a couple of days in LA for Weds 5th to Saturday 8th at Bally's, then I'm off to the Grand Canyon for a hike to the bottom (and hopefully back up again). Finally back to LV for Thursday 13th to Sunday 16th for VIMFP and maybe the Barrett-Jackson auction if there's any gaps in the schedule.

Posted very tentative plans on July 29, but since I just purchased air yesterday, I'm "advertising" again! Oct. 25 - Nov. 1. Heck, I haven't been in Vegas since last Saturday!

As sad and frustrating as many things can be, there's almost nothing more sad than having to cancel a planned Vegas trip...

Remembered that I had a one night, use anytime comp room at MGM offer from the Hotel Operations Manager. So, with the itch here I decided to call and inquire about October 1st. The Hotel Operations Manager went above and beyond. I'll be staying October 1st arriving at 8am for an early check-in at the MGM Grand. I'll be checking out at 7pm on Sunday the 2nd for a 10pm flight back home to the Motor City. That, to me is two entire days in Vegas due to the time difference.

I work second shift so when I leave Michigan at 6:00am I'll be ready to nap on the ride for the 8am arrival (time difference.) Leaving at 10pm means I'll get home at 5:00am and can sleep Monday before my afternoon shift begins.

The Hotel Operations Manager also modified my NYE trip to include an early check in, fridge for the entire stay and late late check out all on the house. Very impressed.

I will also do a live TR on my web-site www.TheVegasGuy.com and also here on the VMB although more attention will be paid my TR on my site for sure :)

9th thru the 14th, starting on the strip with a daughter for 3 nights as "bank of dad" and then downtown solo the last two nights.

I am arriving at 7:35am in Vegas on the 1st and am interested in a high limit pull somewhere.....anywhere. I did one when I was there Memorial Day weekend with The Stig and a few others that came up fruitless but was still fun. We had 10 of us at $100 each then a few others and myself went a few more rounds after that. I'm interested in $100 per person buy-in and $50 a spin if there can be minimum 5 of us? Open to anywhere. Leaving late Sunday the 2nd so free either Saturday or Sunday really.

I've never been downtown and I plan to visit it even if for a few hours this time. I'm 32 and as of now going solo for the 2nd time but my coworker did say she was going to check airfare and consider going to kick off her birthday week.
