    My Trip Report

This will be long. You have been warned. Lol

So I started out at at Eastside Cannery New Years Eve. I had free buffet and $60 slot play for that day only. Around 730 i started. Had dinner. Was good. But i think they charging like 24.99 or 29.99. Not worth that.

I gambled a little. Then walked to Sams Town. This was New Years Eve around 10pm. There were people. However not as busy as I expected. Kinda depressing in there. Didn't stay long.

Went to catch the 202 bus to the strip. Well it was letting people off by Flamingo and Paradise. So went into Silver Sevens. Not as busy as I would have thought. It was closer to 11pm by now. Played a little. Machines there so awful.

Left and started walking to the strip around 1120. Walked fast. Lots of people as I reached Koval. Then even more as a I got to strip. Waited for the fireworks at midnight. They were cool. Love the party atmosphere on NYE. Crazy but fun.

After the fireworks, the exodus begins on what to do now. Of course lots of pushing and shoving. So around 1230 am, I notice people are walking up the escalator bridge by Caesars. Which i did find strange as they usually have them closed for a longer time. Well they were actually letting people into Caesars. This maybe 1240 or so. Was surprised by this as well.

Went into Caesars. Of course was packed. So i went over to high limits. I saw one lady on a triple diamond machine hit 2 triples and a seven. $9000. Then a guy was hitting on China shores. Betting $20 to 40 a spin. Had credits over $2000. Won a $2000 plus and $3000 plus jackpot. However after awhile he started digging in his pocket again. So he may have spent those credits

One guy hit a $3000 jackpot on $25 wheel of fortune. He said only a $400 investment. After he was paid another guy walks up and played a little. Hit 2 more jackpots on it. Not sure how much he put in. But another observer told me his credits well over $2000 and he put em back. His girlfriend or wife was playing on a $5 Machine and hit $1200 and $1500 not far apart.

Also saw several $1000 plus jackpots and one $5000. The $5000 was the dollar blazing sevens with a double.

I finally left Caesars around 240 am. Walked over to Flamingo

Flamingo was busy as well. A few jackpots. But not nearly as many as Caesars. Played a little there. Then started walking towards Paris.

Was at Paris a while. Things not as hopping. But this after 4am. Didn't see any jackpots.

Left there and started walking towards NY NY. Of course lots of peeps still out on the strip.

Made it to NY NY around 500. Still hopping there. Went to catch bus home around 520 am

New Years Day just hung out at home for most of the day. My night didn't get started till around 10pm at Red Dragon. I think that's what its called.

Went to sign up for a card. Got $8.00 free play. The lowest possible.:) It wasn't very busy in there. Dealers looked bored. Nice place though....very bright. I played Video poker and cashed out $6.25. Lady next to me was telling her husband how tight machines were.

Made my way to Sls. Much busier in there. Didn't see any jackpots. But seemed hopping. Didn't stay long.

Next stop Circus Circus. Omg it was packed. Hardly any empty seats. People everywhere. With so many people playing you would have thought jackpots galore. Saw 2. One for $1000. The other $1200 plus on blazing7. It was a very lively atmosphere to say the least.

Was about 12am now. Headed over to Encore. First time in there. So nice. Busy but definitely not as high energy. But u could tell people having fun. Just a high class fun. Lol. Didn't see any jackpots here or Wynn. Had fun browsing around though. Defiantly high society peeps.

Next stop was Palazzo. Busy as well. Saw only one jackpot. It was on 2 cent machine. $5 bet. I so can't remember the jackpot amount

Then headed over to Venetian. Here's where it gets interesting, if anyone is still reading.:)

So i went into high limits. There was a lady playing sun and moon dollars. Betting $18 a spin. Had credits over $800. Well she kept retriggering the bonus. At one point she had 94 spins!!! She couldn't have been happier. So as her machine was playing. This guy comes in. Heads over to the$100 and $25 machines. Literally within 5 minutes, 3 machines jackpots. Over $15,000. Wow

The lady that played sun and moons bonus went on forever. Jackpot over $8000.

Thought id share what i saw .

Soon will be my own crazy week of gambling.

    Hope u enjoyed.

That was quite the two days. Sorry one of those jackpots wasn't yours. I hope you get just as many hand pays as you witnessed when you go on your crazy gambling week.

I had fun. Just wish i played those high limits. But it's all about timing. So i probably wouldn't have hit.

I think cuz the strip was so busy on Nye , NYD that's why machines hit.
