I booked a room thru NYNY and it mentioned being able to add a 3rd and forth person to room for a fee. Anyone know how much?
They wont actually be in the room, they are staying at Flamingos but wanted to be able to use rewards for MGM guest only.

I input my dates at Mandalay Bay and for 2 people in a queen suite was comp. Added a 3rd person and it said "$40/nt. for additional person."

Many hotels charge for a 3rd person.

BUT - does the "2nd" person in your situation need to be on the registration? If that person does not need their "name" on it, then put person #3 instead.

IIRC they have to be the name that booked the room and is paying for it to use a reward which is restricted to MyVegas' "Must stay xxxx number of nights to redeem reward" policy.

Unless there is a way around it, I would like to know. :evillaugh

3rd and 4th person charge is $30 per person. They will also charge you the resort fee of $32.48 for the night as well.

If not all 3 of your names need to be on the room for MyVegas reasons, I'd follow the advise below.

No, The person who booked the room can add a second, third, or fourth persons names to the room and those people will be able to use MyVegas rewards that require a hotel stay. It's not always worth spending an additional $30/$40 per night so your friends can use their rewards if they aren't staying at the hotel.

Thanks for the clarification. Didn't know there was a workaround for this. :peace:

Iv'e added 2 other people's names at check in before, after I had only booked for 2. This was at MGM. I would wait until checking in to try this.
