    The plan is:

    Slot pull!!!

    1 PM at Cosmo High Limit room.

    We are meeting there, if there is no 'crowd' yet. Find me. Brunette with glasses and a purple wrap/scarf thing.
    My internet name is Fray and I answer to it it, so if you are unsure just yell fray! hahahaha.

    I think we have
    @PlanetMark
    @Happygirl21
    @bretmc
    @fraygul
    @Brindle

    Am I missing anyone? Anyone else want to join?

    Know what, I will probably come and hangout if I'm near there. Never been to one of these.
    Have a 3:55pm flight that day, so can hangout for about an hour.

    Actually, to say I've participated in one, I would do it for $100! Who puts in their players card?

    Planetmark is from the uk, so no tax if we win, so we are using his card.

    You two can go in together if you want.

    And a reminder, I haven't done one of these before.

    Sounds great!

    FWIW, as you suggested @fraygul , the one I participated in did have some folks each putting in 100 as a "team" others put 200 in as individuals. Worked well, with no problem.

    Do you want me to share my SP experience here? Especially If this is a new experience to our little group. It was well organized and smooth running.

    First one of 2019, hopefully solo.

    You could just divide into “shares”. 100$ a share. Sell 15 “shares” 6x200$ and 3 singles at 100$. Whatever is won is divided into 15’s and you get 1/15th for each “share” (make a list by name and amount to begin). BE clear so it’s not a hassle at the conclusion when you must divide 10,000 by 15.
    Painless as everyone has a phone with a calculator. Just a suggestion to include everyone. Good luck.

    Yes please?

    Ah! Thank you!

    I don't want it to end up being a gong show and I'm getting worried. If anyone has done one before and wants to organize.. I'm very happy with that :D

    @fraygul , @PlanetMark , @bretmc , @Brindle ,@EastCoastVegasFan! , @winner , not sure if any of you guys have participated in a SP before. I have only been in one, below is the basic outline of the one I was in. As I have mentioned, it was smooth, easy, well organized, and fun. Certainly, I am no expert and only have one to go on, so take my info at face value, lol.

    Here we go:

    Basically, most of us met a little ahead of time, had a cocktail, got acquainted etc. I want to say there where about 12, maybe 16, people that each put 200 in. We went into the high limit area (Venetian).

    Anyway, we drew cards to decide who went first, second, etc.

    The man who organized it gave us a lot of autonomy as to which games we played. We each picked any machine in the high limit room, we wanted to play and then ran the 200 through. We went one at a time, cheering each other on, lol. At the end of the initial 200, if there were credits on the machine, you cashed out ( or if it was a small amount, played).

    For example, I chose a $5. Machine with a max bet of $25. I figured I'd get 8 spins for the 200. At the end of my 8th spin there was $20. "Won". So I asked Chuck, the guy who ran it, what should I do. He giggled and said, "well it's only 20".. case in point, I played it, as luck would have it, I hit for something like 1100. Woohooo.. lol

    When a persons turn was over the TITO went into an envelope. After everyone was done, the TITO's were all tallied up, cashed at the window (easier to get denominations needed to pay out) then divided. Ultimately it was broken down so we each got our initial 200 plus another 50. And there was a small random amount that was left and we picked one person to play it.

    If two people put in 100 each ( for a total of 200) they received the same amount as the people who were individuals. Ie: I put in 200 and I got 250 for me, they each put in 100 ( for a total of 200) and they got 250 to split among each other (125 each).

    Sadly, the last few bucks were a dud but it was fun.

    We had a person that was from overseas, so we all played on her card, hoping to get a few hand pays ( without tax issues) but no HP 's happened.

    Hope this helps. :)

    Excellent info, thanks!

    For the numbers, I'll be with a +1 (or rather, I'll be the +1).

    Hmmmm sounds interesting, what about running everything through 1 machine say a 25.00 or 10.00 2 credit machine

    I'm with you @fraygul . Personally, I'm all about autonomy/choice.

    ETA: When we did the one in Jan. There was a variety of play on various machines. One person even did HL VP. It was fun to see different things. But all had the same buy in.

    We are setting off in a few hours, first flight is to London then the long one over the pond - arriving 8pm Monday local. Figured I'd give this a little 'bump' and see if anyone else would like to join the slot pull on Tuesday.

    Looking forward to it!
