NOBU is opening at Paris Las Vegas early next year. They are also doing a "refresh" of the Nobu Hotel at CP.

They are also opening a Nobu restaurant at Harrah's New Orleans and Caesars Atlantic City in the next two years.

Maybe it is replacing Martorano's? That is supposed to be closing this month.

I saw this, and I'm honestly kinda not sure why they're doing it. They're getting to the point of diluting the brand, in the vein of Gordon Ramsay (who is clearly just taking the money at this point, for which I certainly don't blame him!). It's certainly good sushi, but also nothing I'd consider particularly exceptional. I very much enjoyed the last time I went at CP, though.

Same, I'd have to think that it'd be similar to Tekka at Cosmo, but who knows.

I like Nobu a lot, but it is certainly losing a bit of cachet. Too many locations can kill an upmarket brand, making it seem too common/ordinary. Eventually quality gets diluted down to a greater or lesser degree, and you are just cashing in like GR.

Nice to know that Eldoraldo is working hard on that “Overpriced Restaurant Collection Experience” at Paris now.
Ramsey, Martha & Snopp Dawg, Vanderpumps and Nobu.

Clearly trying to get a younger audience, but this place didn't exactly have a murderer's row of great restaurants before now.

I really enjoyed Sekushi there. Also Yong Kang Street. Is that gone now too?

From my viewpoint, Paris is much easier to navigate than CP, and easier to walk to from the north of the strip. I'll take it!

Lucky 88 is good. I think that’s what’s there now.
