No discount on 2016 MRB this year

On LVA on a post titled No discount on coupon book this year it indicates that no discount will be offered this year. Just F.Y.I.
 
Their loss and mine I guess. Was going to buy one this week and have it dropped off to the Aria. For one trip year it's too expensive for what I would use to have it shipped to Canada.
