Where is the nicest or most extravagent place you have stayed in Vegas? What was your favorite thing about the room? I know this will vary for everyone and am interested to see the replies..

For me it would probably be either when we stayed in the "Real World Suite" at The Palms. It was kind of a weird night though and we were sharing it with some friends/coworkers and we only had it one night so i really couldn't fully enjoy the whole experience. The room (Well ROOMS) was unreal though!

Next in line would be the One Bedroom tower suite at Mirage... but in a few week we are in a Terrace Suite at Cosmo and I'm sure I'll love that. Even better that its fully comped :)

We got an upgrade to a one bedroom penthouse suite from my standard comped room at Bellagio a couple weeks ago. Almost dead center view of the fountains, his and her bathrooms in the bedroom and another bathroom in the main area. Dining area and living room and bar area with fridge and coffee maker. I don't spend much time in the room usually, so the room isn't a big deal to me, but I really enjoyed this. I don't know if I would do this again, but got a great upgrade price. I may be spoiled now for a regular room.

In Vegas probably the golden nugget. i stay pretty low end.

In general though the nicest place i have stayed is the Mandarin Oriental in Singapore.

I still got to say I had the best sleep at the Wynn. Their beds really rocked! However it may have been bc it was my first solo trip. I was more relaxed that trip.

The nicest experience was Wynn Tower Suite. The whole experience was just great.

  • Summer Wynns
For me it was 2 bedroom penthouse at Aria skysuitte during July we were there for 4 nights no 5 days, having private living room and dining room that was awesome. However, Ceasers 1bedroom suite was very nice too.

Presidential suite at Red Rock. I'm only a gold level player at Stations but when I showed up at midnight because my plane was delayed and I was truly ragged the front desk person took pity on me and gave me the suite. Comped for 2 days. Butler's kitchen, guest kitchen with underlighted bar, pool table, his and her baths with jacuzzi with underwater LED lighting, dual steamrooms in each bathroom...and of course a third guest bathroom in the living room area. Very nice.

  • Another Strip/DT/Off-Strip Trip
As with a couple other posters - Fountain View One Bedroom Terrace Suite at the Cosmo.

Amazing view. Well maintained, flawless room. HUGE shower/soaking bath with a view of the fountains. Heavenly bed. Then you walk down into the coolest, hopping-est casino on the strip. Can't be beat.

Didnt know they had pool tables in some of the upper level rooms and suites. Wow I would be staying in the room more often

In terms of nicest, I would say the Skylofts at MGM, followed by the parlor tower suite at Wynn

  • Ready for Pool Season
  • What is this "slot tournament" you speak of?
Fountain view terrace suite at Cosmo. We had a corner suite at Aria same trip, with the bathub in the corner of two walls of windows, overlooking the strip. I didn't think anything could top that, the terrace suite did.

Why?

1) Terrace, terrace, terrace...something magical about sitting on the terrace at night, soaking in the lights and the sounds of Vegas.

2) love that the bedroom has french doors. We are a little odd in that we actually don't like a traditional one bedroom, as it can feel a little apartment-like, but the French doors makes it feel way more open.

3) love having a full fridge. Plenty of room for left overs from Secret Pizza! (I know, that's a dumb thing to like, but it's the little things as much as the big things!)

4) ok, this is not the room, but Cosmo is so gorgeous that, after walking through such a gorgeous hotel, then coming back to the suite, just feels magical.

The corner suite at Aria, combined with the tower suites lounge experience is close, but for us, the terrace suite at cosmo was our favorite.

1) Villa One (2 Bedroom) at the Mirage for a friend's birthday--CRAZY! This is located separately from the Mirage hotel. You drive in through a private entrance where you are buzzed in, greeted by valet and the butler who is waiting to check you in. 24 hour butler service throughout your stay, you have your own backyard, swimming pool and putting green. Insane!

2) 2 Bedroom Penthouse at Bellagio. I don't remember much from this weekend lol but it was a very nice suite. Had 4.5 bathrooms, a bit excessive if you ask me

3) Wraparound Fountainview at Cosmo. Does this need an explanation?

4) Salon Suite at Wynn. This comes close to #3. I love the high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, and the perfect lighting throughout the room

5) Lanai Suite at Cosmo. This is a great suite for a couple. Two stories, small private jacuzzi on the patio, direct access to the bamboo pool.

Augustus Tower at Caesars. Nicest room I ever stayed in, ever! Close second might be the room I had at the Wynn shortly after it opened.

For us, it would be the comped, two room suite at Suncoast. Kitchen, dining room, wet bar and Jacuzzi. We felt like high rollers.

  1. Executive Hospitality Suite at Aria. Favorite thing - more SF than my house, the conference room table, lol.
  2. Terrace Suite at Cosmo - Favorite thing - the terrace, the kitchen area/fridge, the 2nd full bathroom
  3. Corner Suite City View at Aria - Favorite thing - the view from the bed at night
  4. V Suite (inside corner) at THEhotel/Delano (it's called a "Scenic" suite now) - Favorite thing - the view from the bed at night
  5. Skyview 1050 Suite at MB - Favorite thing - view right up the Strip, unmarked elevator bank that services those floors
  6. Siena Suite at Palazzo - this would be much higher, but I got one with a not-so-great layout on a low floor

Panorama Suite at Planet Hollywood...unreal views
Luxury suite at Palazzo on the 45th floor right after opening
Any of the Augustus Rooms we have had
Palace Tower Petite Suite (before the Augustus tower) when the tower was the newest
In that order

1.2 bedroom penthouse in SkySuites
2.Parlor Suite Wynn
3.Back when the Rio was a nice hotel it was my home base for a couple years.
They have four 2 story penthouses at the top of the Ipanema Tower.Marble staircase, walk in closet,2 bedrooms, the place was surprisingly decadent when you think of the Rio today.
