    As far as I know, they can't force you to take the picture. Personally, I'd ask them what they are going to pay me for using my likeness in their marketing campaign. I suspect they'd stop asking at that point.

    Yeah that's a big no to having my photo taken. I keep my life completely off the internet for various reasons.

    Random story but last year in Vegas this bachelorette party was doing a scavenger hunt and asked me to do something as part of the game. I don't remember what it was since I was quite drunk but I was willing until they said they had to film it. Nope I'm out.

    I'd politely decline a picture (and rudely decline if they tried to pressure me), but so far it's been a non-issue. The one time I hit a big one they didn't even ask.
