Got some bets in..Round Robin parlays 4/3/2 Not big $ at all, just to have some fun with the games along with a Fantasy Football pool.

Houston- 3
Detroit +7.5
Pittsburgh- 14.5
Green Bay-4

Pitt line adjusted to make it + $160,looking for the usual WCW blowout to occur here.
I think Pitt wants this game very bad for a matchup with the Pats and will not let up.

Houston home again and last year's wild card game was a 30-0 blowout there not a distant memory.Would have gone Oakland if not for the Carr injury.

Detroit/Seattle to me a pick-em game,I'm taking the points.Last year If Minny didn't miss FG Seattle loses.A different NFC North opponent this time.

Green Bay,just going with home field advantage and as a lifelong fan..One more win before a possible/likely trip to Dallas where it's tough.Just shut down O Beckham somehow and give Rodgers time to throw .Heard weather will be clear but very cold.

Any thoughts? Who do all the sharps here like?

Houston for game 1.
ESPN/ABC have to biting their fingernails with this QB match up.
Seattle Game 2
Number is steep, but Detroit has had 3 losses in a row and have lost 4 in a row ATS
Pittsburgh Game 3.
Revenge game for 30-15 Pittsburgh loss in October
G-Men Game 4.
Yes Mr. R-E-L-A-X is hot.
Would prefer taking points with the better D.
This is coming for the individual that did awful in The Super Contest.
Mush!

My favorite pick is Detroit +8.
I'm planning on betting a few small parlays when I get into town tomorrow night. I may have to try round robins, I've never bet those before.

I'll probably go with Oakland +3.5, mainly because the Texans burned most of my tickets last year in that 30-0 blowout.

I like Oakland +3.5. They have more talent on both sides of the ball. When you look at the betting percentages this game is the most lopsided towards Houston. Usually you don't want to be on that side. I also think Cook at QB will be alright.

Detroit +8 Listen Seattle has a horrendous O-line and Detroit has a very talented D-line, this is where games are won and lost. Seattle has had trouble running the ball since the departure of Lynch, and that's their bread and butter. Too many people still have them over valued, Detroit could easily win this game outright.

I lean towards Miami +10 it's just way to many points in a playoff game. Pittsburgh has a very shaky run D, which is why Ajai put up 230yds on them last time out. Running the ball equals running the clock which will keep the game close.

GB -4.5 Lots of people don't realize this line opened at respected books at -7. That's value folks, odds makers don't make that big of a mistake in the playoffs.

To me, the best sports wager is a private bet with an overconfident fan. There's no vig. Unfortunately, sentiment in the Seattle area is that the Hawks have been playing lousy and will lose to Detroit. So there's no money to be made from local punters because nobody here will give 7 points. Wonder if that had any effect on the line.

Pitt can't play the Patriots until the AFCG. The three seed mathematically will never play the 1 seed in anything but the championship game.

I think Betonline opened GB 6.5 if that is the book, calling them reputable is being generous

"The line: Packers minus-5.5 Anyone who bet the Giants immediately upon point spreads surfacing offshore on Sunday night should take a Lambeau Leap. They scored a heap of value. Green Bay posted as high as a 7-point favorite before getting bet down right away. The line now sits at 4.5 at most books in Las Vegas, with 5 and 5.5 also circulating at select shops. It certainly shouldn’t sniff anywhere near a touchdown again. The resounding initial support on the Giants seemingly puts this game in an interesting scenario, and one beneficial to sports books. Professional bettors are behind the Giants. The public hasn’t gotten involved as much yet, but they aren’t going to stray from the Packers. Not after the Packers went 6-0 straight-up and 5-1 against the spread to close the regular season."

That is really what I meant,Pitt wants a SB and beating the Pats to do it. GL

I got Houston right but biffed on Detroit.

Today is all about the Steelers, G-Men and OVERS.

I got Pit-10.5 on a 3 teamer and -17.5 on a PLEASER ticket.

My buddy called and wanted the +12 Miami for $20. He hates Pit.

TD Pit. With all due respect, I hope that trend continues.
