Steelers offense is not good but you must not have watched the last two Bengals games where they gave up 64 points and close to 1000 total yards to Houston and Baltimore (including 188yds rushing to Houston with their first team RB out and 155yds rushing to Baltimore). I think the Steelers come into that game and run Harris and Warren until the Bengals can prove they can stop the run (spoiler alert they can't). The Bengals issues go a lot deeper than Burrow being out.
