New to this board, not new to Vegas

Just wanted to say Hi. I'm in my mid-30s and have made 7 trips to Vegas since I've turned 21 (including few months after I turned 21).

I'm now almost exclusively a craps player. I usually stay downtown, and gamble on the strip during the day and downtown during the night. I'm comfortable with a $10 game, but of course would play $5 if I could find it. I had a great trip in 2016 and left up a big winner from the craps table.

For my next trip, my bankroll will be about $5000, but I'm not sure where to ask questions about my options on getting that money to Vegas (wire transfer, travelers check, personal check, line of credit).
 
Welcome! Good tip from Sonya on threads discussing your question.

We take that amount and more in cash but I'm sure you will find what is comfortable and works best for you with all the tips on the above threads and other posts here.

Thanks Sonya, I tried to search but didn't come up with these (I'm sure it was user error on my part). I've been a long reader of VMB and am looking forward to contributing.
 
First, welcome to the board. Times change, wages change, but man oh man, I can't conceive of a $5,000 bankroll when I was in my 30s. Crap, even in my 60s, I've unfortunately hit that number a few times, but never intended to be there and had to tap my line of credit.
