Just stayed on a weekday Premier Suite reward at Sycuan. Overall had a great time at a casino resort I hadn't been to for 10 years. Some observations:
    - The room counts as 1 Premium reward, so you can only use 1 other on your stay (we used a $40 dining credit at the steakhouse Bull & Burbon). Max 2 rewards every rolling 7 day period.
    - Visit the Rewards counter before checking in. They gave us a paper voucher for the room and also loaded the dining credit on my Sycuan card. I've heard the $40 credit can be used at multiple restaurants but didn't confirm. I tried to use a $100 spa reward but the system wouldn't allow it (a third reward).
    - The suite was nice and felt newish, King bedroom and a separate living room area incl fridge. The shower is HUGE, 6 people could get in there easy.
    - Pool situation was... unique? You receive a separate pool keycard from the front desk, I think 2 per room, that EACH person needs to enter the pool complex. No kids, food or drink (they check, Starbucks is OK, no water bottles!). You give your keycard to the attendant in exchange for 1 towel. Don't lose the pool keycard or it's $50/ea. They return it when you leave the pool area but you also need to return it to the front desk on checkout which is a hassle.
    - Once you get in, the Pool area has a lazy river and 2 regular pools, one with a massive Jumbotron TV and swim up bar. Inflatable pool toys and inner tubes are scattered around to use. Cabanas and daybeds are available to reserve. We'll try that reward next time, I heard the Cabana reward is really a food bev credit but maybe someone can confirm.
    - Steakhouse was OK, had the crabcakes (great), risotto (good), wagyu burger (avg). Just gave them the Sycuan card and they knocked $40 off the bill. Should have went to the Sushi place which was $25 AYCE Thurs. Many of the restaurants are still closed including the food court so check the website for updates.
    - Casino was also average. Lots of slots, not the latest latest but good assortment. Roulette and craps are card based per Cali rules. Had 3/2 BJ, $25 min.
    - Nice staycation getaway. Just stayed at the Wynn, Mandalay and this didn't feel like too much of a step down. Next time, might try 2 MyVegas accounts (2x2 rewards) = room, dining, spa, cabana or even just spa+dining for a personal daytrip.

Thank you, this is great. I’m assuming during the week the pool wasn’t terribly crowded? And I’m in agreement, the casino area is just okay. I just recently returned there after a few years and I think I liked it before the transformation. I’m currently battling with them over this stupid policy they apparently have that goes 100% against what Playstudios is saying as far as the reservation having to be used by the August 1st deadline and there are no premier or Padres suites available. Lame...

Pool / Lazy river wasn't too crowded, drink service was OK - plastic cup margaritas $15 / tall cups $29. I have a feeling they are figuring out the reward redemptions as they go along. I'm trying to redeem a Padres suite too, no vacancy, and might have to return it. On the other hand, if they allow the dining credit at any restaurant that's a bonus.

Took a trip out to Sycuan to use the Spa and Dining (Bull & Bourbon) rewards. I had made a reservation at Spa Ritual for a 50 minute head and back massage previously, it's only open Thurs - Mon. Checked into the Reward Center with my 2 reward codes and was given a $100 paper voucher for the spa and the $40 dining credit was put on my Sycuan card. Since many of the restaurants are closed, the rewards lady said the dining credit was good at ANY of their restaurants. My friend loaded his card with 2 dining credits (40+15). The spa is located downstairs by the pool entrance and Bull & Bourbon. I checked into the spa desk, confirmed my reservation and was led to the men's locker room. It's a nice small facility with lockers, bathroom, showers, steam room and sauna but no jacuzzi or any tubs (at least on the men's side). You can wait in a co-ed lounge with curved loungers and refreshments until your masseuse comes to get you. Pretty good session in a nice quiet private room. Upon leaving, the spa desk asks how much you want to tip, adds up the bill and knocks off the $100 voucher no problem.

Then went to Rank and File pub to watch sports. Was seated in a booth in the back with our own big screen TV in the booth, it was great. Ordered 2 adult bevs, nachos, wings, short rib entree, fish and chips, carrot cake and cheesecake - all decent nothing stellar. Service was super slow, looks like they're understaffed, which was fine since we're watching the games. Bill came out to be $100 and we gave her our 2 Sycuan cards, but the server returned saying there were no credits. I asked her to look again and pointed out 2 "offers" on the computer screen which she had to ask a manager to help her decipher (she was only looking at our reward credits). She said she found our credit 40+40+15 but alcohol wasn't covered so she had to charge us the $20 for the drinks which was fine. All in all another great MyVegas daytrip, just need to wait another 7 days to go again - next trying a 2 day stay with Cabana.

I'm planning a trip to Sycuan in October and was waiting closer to time to book my room. I'd read data points here and elsewhere that they were interpreting the redeem by date as a stay by date for the room rewards.

Well, I called today and asked if the redeem by date is "book by" or still "stay by." The reservations agent was friendly and very helpful. He said "there've been a few changes lately," then updated my reward to expire September 1st (from August 1st). Then he confirmed that I could book in October. I believe he said dates were available all the way through November (not positive since I was focused on October). This was with the 2 night weekend stay reward.

So it seems things have changed and you don't have to stay within the 60 days (or August 1st) deadline now. The agent also confirmed no resort fees on the room.

Headed back in a few weeks and no longer see rewards for Elicit. Bummer. Wonder if they stopped serving sushi altogether? (They called me when I had a reservation previously saying that night they wouldn't be serving food.)

    Anyone try Viewpoint yet?

Elicit was closed my last trip a few weeks ago. Ate at the Viewpoint bar was pretty good, I had the shrimp scampi. The only drawback was just one bartender / server for the whole bar area so slow service. If they are still allowing MyVEGAS food rewards to be used at any restaurant that would be great. Heading back for a spa day this week so can update.

Looks like the Sycuan rewards refreshed lately so I was able to grab a quick Fri night stay and massage again. Standard room low floor, great back neck massage, pool was open til 7pm so jumped into the jacuzzi, pool area was empty around 5pm. Dinner at Rank & File, Turkey Bacon Avo sandwich about 2” thick very good, while watching the MLB playoff games. 3-piece Rockabilly band was playing, so watched them while playing the 4 bank VP in front of the stage. Caught 4 Deuces Wild which paid for the massage so called it a night. Sat morning was 60ish degrees outside, but hit the hot tub and pool once more before packing up and heading back to town. Another great staycation so will probably run through the room, dining, spa rewards again until they close the pool for winter.

Thanks for the update @poidawg. I tried to get another two-night weekend stay a few weeks ago and it said I'd reached my limit of that reward, so good to know it may be possible again. Saw they also added concert ticket rewards to their offerings, which is kinda cool. Still waiting for the golf rewards they promised when they first announced Sycuan joining myVEGAS.
