Safe travels Natedogg, thanks for the fun two weeks report. Hope you continue to check in even though you said you would be overseas for almost the next year. Good luck to you and look forward to your next trip report!!

Natedog, I'm guessing you're not going to go a whole year without gambling somewhere, even one night here and there. You could always post quick reports in the miscellaneous section here. Many of us would enjoy reading about the differences between overseas casinos:kiss:

Spent 10 minutes deciding my lucky color today...sheesh, am I getting too superstitious?

Anyways, started out on a good craps session, although I was a little gun-shy due to the last two days. Changed the other side to quarters, and this african american young guy walks up. So it was just the two of us. I think I do better with a cheering session, and do pretty good. I hit a couple of hop bets, a hard 8 for 800, hard 4 for 800, and make about 3 passes. But that's it, the other guy only made one pass no numbers, so I ended up this short session up 25k.

Still got 1 hr to go until my massage, so go play some 4 card poker....fun game.

I bet around the table max, 500 each spot....catch some Aces, but no straights or flushes, so end up break even at the table.

Now going to get some breakfast at 2pm....boy is the body clock all messed up.

BTW, just got a text from my Cosmo host, something about only being able to give me ratings verbally....wtf?!? I usually get ratings everywhere through texts....

So, what was the lucky color you decided on? Sounds like it worked!

Thanks so much Nate for taking the time to post all those pictures of your villa - that's the only way I'll ever get to see one! And I'm so glad we all get to experience your trip for three more days! Good luck:beer:

So the Wynn trip has officially ended....although on a sour note.

Decided purple was lucky for me so kept playing, skipping the massage....big mistake.

Cold table after cold table at craps....I think I jumped about 5 tables....took out about 800k in markers and was down about 300k....then jumped to baccarat.

Two big bets in the beginning has me more down in the hole (68k and 80k)...I take another 500k....see this is where tilt and bad feelings and stubbornness all collide into a massive downer....

So my total markers are 1.3m, I'm down close to 500k, but still have a shitload of chips in front of me....

then my friend shows up from out of town...(only about the 30th guest I've had in town so far)...he's actually been one of my private bankers since 1998...good guy, but like most people I've recently pulled my account with him, so he's trying to set up the rapport again. So things are a little awkward.

Anyways, I get on a nice little heater at bac, starts to come back a little...
then during a shuffle, I take 20k and go over to roulette...put my usual diamond pattern...(where I have 4 chips bordering 17 and 20 with heavy chip action on 16-21)...boom first roll is a 17....wow, that was sweet...500x17x4=68 chips. Then the next roll is a 23, where I had 500x17x1+500x9x2=35 chips. So basically doubled my money in 2 rolls, then a few bad rolls and I take off...up 20.5k.

We then head over to craps, since the shuffle was taking longer than I thought...

    We take turns making 2 passes 3 times....hitting a bunch of numbers...+79k.

Then we go back to baccarat and hit the most beautiful shoe ever (at least in the beginning)....9 banks, 5 players, 5 banks, 3 players, 3 banks, 3 players, 2 banks, 2 players, 3 banks, 3 players....you get the idea....

in the middle of the shoe, there was also a perfect mirror for 10 hands!

Anyways, if I had more balls I'd be up up up...but all in all, -125k for the loooong session....and -100k for the day.

Just went to SW and had a 20k dinner (mostly wine to go), 2k tip (since tips are comped for me now).

WYNN final numbers (don't think I will play anymore)

Time 42:36 (remember each shoe counts as 1 hr, and I play pretty fast so sometimes a shoe in 35m)
    avg bet : 15,810
theo : 500,994 (boy can we get any closer?)
    loss : 161,000

Since I qualified at 2m level, I will get 66k in airfare, + 15k for front money incentive, + 16.1k discount. 97k off of 161k = 64k....could have been better but could have been worse....

    On to the Cosmo tomorrow....

I agree with nate 4 card is fun - I imagine they were sweating the big action. I like the AC version better. Maybe because I took them for $2500 betting with red chips a few years back. Whenever you want to head to the boardwalk in Atlantic City natedog I will play 4 card with you - if you don't mind my tiny green chip action.

I pretty much get the large gambling numbers where everything is 500x what I'd ever bet, but 20,000 for DINNER?!?! (I know, bottles of grapes can really go high...)

Nope, they wouldn't do it. I did tell this board repeatedly that everybody has mis-conceptions on what they give high rollers nowadays. It is all set in stone airfare reimbursements and loss discounts. You can also spend the 40% theo on property, but that's marked up 3x so for example I took a bottle of 2000 lafite last night at SW, priced at 6k, retail for 2-2.5k online. So you are actually only getting about 10% of theo of "real" value for wine-to-go. Since I don't do the beach clubs or nightclubs, it is hard for me to spend, even in a 15k per night room.

There's no way I spent 200k this trip on room and board, also I'm not even taking their jet!

Natedog great TR had to log in everyday to see how your making out. Its a pleasure to get insite on high rollers take on my favorite city. Your detailed writing about the hotels and dining along with your gambling is top notch. I love how at times you will go with perfect strategy , then next min on tilt and playing by your gut feelings or superstitions (Fill in any hot blond):wink2: Now go out and finish the job and take them to the cleaners. :evillaugh You're an inspiration to all us low rollers.
BTW I will be out in Sept, if you need someone to watch your villa I'm your guy

bummer you didn't make a winner, but getting back most of what you were down in the last session feels like a winner. with that shoe, were you betting heavy on the second line? i'd figure after 3 or 4 nice streaks you'd be max betting the second line on both player and banker.

Yeah no way you spent nearly all your comps. So you'd better get some more lafite. Petrus. Go for the black pearl.
