As a poker fanatic, that's a dream finish. Down and out and finish on TOP. GREAT JOB NATE! Wishing you much luck on the remainder of your trip. :nworthy:

I'd take some of that luck at the Aria poker tournaments I plan to frequent on my trip! :poker:

Yeah, and the casino is smart in making sure I have to come back, since I have 750k in promo chips and that would screw up my discount if I use them on this trip...guess I'm coming back for the next tournament, which is baccarat in May.

Great job Nate. As easy as you can keep losing you can also have that epic comeback. We tend to talk about those comebacks more and try to forget the losses but this all chalks up to what we're willing to gamble and lose and your comfort level and it seems that you have a good grasp on things... but hey it's money and you can always make more but it feels soooooo much better to win it:beer:

I am curious why waiting works out better. Probably something simple I am missing. Something with already hitting theo? I am guessing promo chips don't count for theo anyways, right? Couldn't these promo chips help get you back on the positive side of things on this trip? Sorry for my noob questions.

When in May? I am planning my next trip for May. Hopefully we will run into another again and combine our good, comeback luck!

if he plays with them and wins money now, his trip loss will be lower, so he won't get his loss discount. it would basically cost him about 180k to do so. so he pays off the markers for 750k and saves the chips until next trip and he just starts that trip 750k ahead.

Nate must have been sweatin' like Lindsay Lohan passing by a rehab joint before that tourney win. Just like Lindsay, Nate got away squeaky clean!

I'd imagine Nate could wash the squeak, or anything else, right out of her with only a fraction of those promo chips :evillaugh

Nate I am curious to hear about the $2500 limit on the casino comping night club tabs. That seems ridiculous since I have seen MGM comp tabs of $10K before at any MGM property club. Can anyone else confirm this is the case at the Wynn?
