    Cheap: Ellis Island
    Buffet: Aria or Belagio
High End: Try a new one every trip, so far our favorite is NOBU at Caesars. Coming up next trip to compete for that spot is Morimotos and Grodon Ramsay Steak.

Best cheap meal has to be Jack in the Box cause there are none at home
Best buffet would be Sunday brunch at Jasmine in Bellagio (no longer serving). It was even better than Sterling brunch at Harrah's
    Best upscale Cut.

Best inexpensive meal: Either Sammys LA Pastrami on Tropicana or Capriotti's.
Best buffet: I'm partial to Aria. Seems to be "fresher" than Bellagio which is a bit tired.
Upscale: I head to Downtown Summerlin and like Andiron.

On the low-cost side of the ledger, we've long been fans of Nora's and Omelet House Summerlin. We don't buffet. Upscale would be Alize or Charlie Palmer.

Buffet: The Seafood Buffet at the Rio, although I haven't been there since 2000 or so.

Don't have any experience with high end meals. Strictly low rollers when it comes to eats.

Cheap - 777 at Main Street Station for Sushi.

Buffet - We don't go to buffets very often, so the best I have tried so far was the Mirage about 10 years or more ago.

Upscale - Charlie Palmer at the Four Seasons - Best Steak I have had in my life so far.
