I don't eat buffets or fancy meals in Vegas. Usually too much food and they tire me out (not to mention that its hard for me to devote that much of my Vegas time to eating!). So, its always cheap meals for me, my favorites being: Ellis Island steak or BBQ, DJs Taco Shack at the Hawaiian Market Place, American Coney, Magnolias and Pop Up Pizza downtown. This trip we are going to try Gordon Ramsay Fish and Chips and In & Out Burger to the list to see if we like them.

    Love the Cal prime rib
best buffet considering price - Samstown. Of course there are better at a much higher price. But would rather have than most except the top 3-4 and refuse to pay for them
No really high priced meals - closest would be Binions or Redwood for +- $100 with drinks

Same here! I still resent them being pushed out in that remodel and it sucks that strip rents are so high they couldn't come back after Katrina. Since the Orleans still has a NOLA/Mardi Gras theme, I wish they bring CP or another Brennan's restaurant in but I don't know if they would get enough support from locals or draw enough traffic from the strip to make it work.

They were there through Katrina and beyond. In fact, a lot of NOLA employees were sent to Vegas when things were down in NOLA.
