MyVegas MyVegas redemption line gone?

Tried to redeem two nights at Aria this morning, and found when I opened up the reward window, the place that shows the phone number to call was gone. Strange since just yesterday it was there, I called it but got put on hold and didn't want to wait so hung up. I tried calling the number from yesterday, from my redial 855 881-6047 and get the out of service message. Anyone know whats going on here? Or is it just me?

 

If I had to guess, I bet they run their phones on a VOIP system that went down. I had that happen to me in the middle of a phone call once, couldn't call the number back.

I refuse to think its because myvegas folded, I cannot even consider it (because I've been saving LP's).
