Anyone playing this newest app? Not sure I feel it's worth it since the LP balance is separate from the other apps and there are no vegas based rewards - some of the games are fun though and I like the redesign on some of the classic ones.

Just downloaded it. Would be nice if they synced the LP's with the other myVegas games. I have almost 1 million LP's. maybe this new game will partner with Las Vegas based or local casinos in America. The game play isn't to bad. Went on a nice run until I started betting max. Oh well it's not real money lol.

Didn't realize that. I'll still play it for the entertainment value. Who knows maybe I'll visit Macau in the future.

I visited Macau once and I have 10+ Vegas visits under my belt. It's worlds apart, and I didn't like it as much. It's probably OK to visit once, if you are in Hong Kong, but it's not a place to go with big hopes (if you are a Vegas fan).

Sure the buildings are similar, if not the same, but the weather is much much different. Lots of clouds and rain, the sunshine and the desert scene are missing. There is an ocean of baccarat tables, and this sucks if you are not into the game. Craps, BJ, and VP are pretty much non-existent. The clientele is not as diverse and if you don't fit in that clientele, you will get stared at, a lot.

I didn't feel the freedom that comes in Vegas with walking freely from one property to other without caring for your clothes, ethnicity, looks, high/low rollabality etc.

Wow, I thought most of the casinos were Americanized. I know the Chinese love Baccarat but I also see them playing BJ. I wouldn't make a trip specifically there, but if I ever was in Hong Kong I would check it out.

Besides Asia, there are rewards for London, and Las Vegas as well, although the Vegas one I looked at (3 weekend nights at Bellagio, 2 tickets to "O" and $200 resort credit) was restricted to those residing outside the US and Canada.

While I enjoy the play, I haven't seen any acceleration in the LP rewards over the last many levels. I'm at level 119, get 100 LP for filling the counter, get the same 5 tokens every 2h, and the same rewards per dice roll that I've had a lot of levels. Hopefully they adjust this in some way, but if not, should I ever find myself in that neck of the woods, I'll have a dim sum plate and a beer on them.

How did you see the US rewards? I have a friend in the U.K. who may come out here for a Vegas trip but I'd only try to sell him on this whole app games thing if there was something decent AND reachable.

Any other US hotel packages?

If you click on Rewards and then Categories, then Rooms, you can see these packages.

The least expensive is 287 500 for 3 nights midweek at Luxor with 2 tix to the Blue Man Group and $75 resort credit. After that, there are 300K midweek NY-NY, 400K weekend NY-NY, 400K midweek MGM, $500K weekend MGM, then Mandalay Bay midweek, Bellagio midweek, Mandalay weekend and Bellagio weekend. All have show tickets and some amount of resort credit.

I'm at 40k LP, level 151, and I still get the same amount of bonus per two hours, and the same amount of LP (100) per cycle. I have maybe half a billion normal chips and went down to 100m, then up to 1 b, down to 300m, up to 1b and back to where I am now. I didn't see a daily limit and made 20K LP in one go, so I suppose if your friend's luck held, 287K+ is easily attainable, once your bankroll gets into the billions. It seemed especially easy during some of the special quests, but I'm a little leery of playing during regular days, because if I lose it all, it might be difficult to get back to that level of play. The maximum 2h reward seems to be 5m or so.

Anyways, they have nothing to lose, and while the play during the quests is slow, I found the regular games quick, and as exciting as playing with fake chips gets. I suppose if they don't like it, and still come to Vegas, there are passes for Secret Reef and the like for 20K+ LPs. too, so not an entire waste of time.

The Vegas reward must be for players outside the US. I have the app and there's no Vegas properties at all.

Yes, the do say to redeem you must be from outside the US and Canada. Perhaps I can see them because I'm in Canada, and they only bothered to block them from the US.
