I recently stayed at the plaza for a quick week-end trip. My first time in the north tower, did prefer it over the south. It was packed for check in, but the line moved pretty quick. As opposed to other trips, they actually had people working check-in. I didn't get a chance to play in the casino this time (never even walked into it). My play was only at Gate & Binion's (like I said, quick trip, flew in Sat., flew out Mon. morning).
