I obtained Diamond Status with Caesars this past year for the first time. I made the mistake of saying a couple times to friends and my wife, "watch something happen so I won't be able to get to the casinos much this next year to enjoy the benefits." While I worried at the time I may jinx myself with such a comment, I had no idea I would take everyone down with me.

Because of this, I am sincerely sorry and hope you will all accept my apology.

I have a habit of doing the same thing to stocks, Enron and WorldCom come to mind. I bought some Fedex a while back and my broker and I laughed about whether I'd jinx them like I had others in the past. Well... The rest of the market was not my doing.

Isn't it weird how that kind of stuff happens. Is that where the saying originated? You know...shit happens?

Accepting responsibility for your actions opens the path to redemption and now you are a better person for it. Apology accepted and all is forgiven.

    But.....don't you ever...….EVER....do. that. again.:faint:

So when all of this finally blows over let us know where to meet you so you can buy us a drink...…….;)

I have a similar jinx on many things. The one pertinent to this board is what happens as I approach a craps table. I swear the casinos should hire me. If I approach and stand between two tables, they both immediately 7 out. This is why on another board, I go by 7OutLineAway.

You sound like me. I will almost always watch the longest hottest roll as I wait to get in. I never enter mid roll as a courtesy (rarely extended back to me). They almost always hit the bonus and then I jump in for 3 consecutive point seven outs.

Thanks. I am going to try to show this to my wife, because she is blaming the whole thing on me.

Yes, @Ol' Hoag you owe us all a drink. You will have to stay in Vegas until we have all collected and then we will all buy you a drink. This could take a while and I am sure that you will learn your lesson after this!!

VMB members don't seem to be an overly violent group, but you better hope to hell that your confession doesn't get out. Your apology may not be as well received.

You probably didn't even wipe your hand (squeegee) over the slot screen for good luck. Probably didn't slap the buttons when playing lightning link neither. Nor did you take your players card out because we all know the casino won't pay if they track your wins.

I do however forgive you for your Vegas sins and welcome any gift of reward credits :)) lol all is forgiven we all know Vegas is gonna be "due" for all of us when we return :haha::haha::haha:
