Hot damn! Just a few short hours of sleep, even fewer hours of "work," then off to the airport tomorrow early in the afternoon :banana:
:banana:
Just got off the phone with my buddy Dustin and at T-18 hours, we've had a hotel change for 2 of the nights. Low and behold, we both got an offer from ole Stevie Boy Wynn to come visit him for a measily (damn, did I just say THAT?!?) $119 per night plus $150 of his clams to play on. I wasn't a math major in college, but I'm fairly certain we're doing better on that deal versus paying $31 to stay at the Sahara those nights
So here's what we've got on tap.
- First 3 Nights at Rio
- Spending the weekend on the cheap at the Sahara
- Moving Sunday to Wynn for 2 nights
Toss in a visit to Voodoo Lounge, a few afternoons lounging by the pools, visits to some of the better buffets in town, lotsa gambling, and enough drinking to make even Doc Al proud
, maybe a few drunken phone calls
and I think I might just have a story or 2 to tell. (BTW, who had the over on when I would write LAST YEAR'S trip report?
)
Add into all of this that I checked in online with Continental and was able to move our seats from row 15 to row 7 (woohoo!! we're not sitting over the wing!) so we just might have a nice view of the strip on the way in!
One last thought, I'm getting alot of mileage out of these 4 different versions of "Leaving on a Jet Plane" running on my MP3 players.
As Larry put it best... GIDDY UP!
