I believe it will be. The patio heaters should be going plus this weekend is supposed to be nice.
I have a reservation for breakfast Saturday morning. Counting on the patio to be open.

I've never seen the patio closed.
No chance of rain according to the forecast, so it will be open. But could be a long wait, they don't take reservations for the patio. You may consider going early (5-6) or late (9-10) to minimize the wait.
But even the wait isn't bad. They'll give you a wireless buzzer so you can sit at a nearby slot or VP machine to pass the time. Or grab a drink at the sportsbook bar while you wait.

I have seen the patio closed when my mom and I went earlier in Jan. It was a very very windy day (the day the MGM & NY my lost power briefly in the early morning) it was closed when we went for breakfast

Yes they closed it a couple of weeks ago, they said due to the wind.
