momofuku restaurant @ cosmo?

Any idea what the new momofuku restaurant opening @ cosmo next month will be like?
I'm always interested in new restaurant openings. They reflect the latest and greatest trends and ideas in dining.

There wasn't much info on the cosmo website so I was wondering if anyone here had any insight into what to expect for this restaurant?
 
I wonder ...is it opening with milkbar??
I missed his fukuburger food truck when it was at F.A.M.E. in Linq
It was there but not open and then it was gone.

Food? Heavy Asian influence comfort food.
I remember his kimchi topped burger
there was an egg burger and he had a killer chicken katsu sandwish too!
 
I think it's scheduled to open next month and I'll be there end of feb so my timing should be right. I'll have to check Yelp for pics before I go so I can decide if it makes my list for the weekend.

the cosmo website says that momofuku is opening this month. I called the cosmo to see if they could give me a specific opening date. the lady I spoke just said something like "it says it will open sometime in 2017. it doesn't give a date." does anyone here have any inside knowledge about an opening date or even if they are on track to open in the next 4-6 weeks?
 
I would like to know this as well since I will be there next week
 
They were still working on it when we went past there on Saturday. Seemed like it was close to being done from what little we could see. So who knows.
 
I contacted the Momofuku restaurant through their media inquiry "Contact Us" form. There didn't seem to be a "Contact Us" form for general customers. I also signed up for the Momofuku email newsletter. I'll post updates to this thread as I receive them.
 
went to milk the other day wasnt impressed with the cookies at all had much better.
im hearing near the end of the month im sure a soft oppening.and invite only oppening party for the buzz to spread just like buaty and essex
 
only grabbed some sweets at the milk bar
the corn cookie, cereal milk milkshake, and the b'day cake truffle

corn cookie - good
cereal milk milkshake - good. just a little different
b'day cake truffle - very good. very dense and sweet

didnt rerally care for the cookies tried them all . had alot better
