Since one of my partners in crime for the first half of my trip, Sin, has already posted a minute-by-minute trip report I’m going to keep mine simple with some comments and a few more photos. Thanks Sin! Also thanks to the other buffoons who joined in the fun VegasDrea, Shock, AngelChick, CoasterKikky and HurricaneMikey.
Planet Hollywood - Checked in for my first stay at Planet Hollywood. We ended up in a Resort Vista (I think) “Eraser†themed room, complete with Vanessa Williams hanging over our soaking tub. Absolutely loved the room, I’ll definitely go back. Just a few things I didn’t like...room service was extremely slow, the soaking tub needs a pillow and I hated the toiletries. I’m all for saving the planet, but no woman wants to smell like a pine tree...I’m just sayin’.
The entire vibe in the casino has changed for the better and we really liked it with the exception of the service at the Heart Bar. The bartenders seemed to be ignoring everyone.

For dinner we met up with CoasterKikky at PF Changs. Wonder why they gave us our own private booth away from everyone. :evillaugh After dinner it was off to Hogs & Heifers for some bar dancing and heavy drinking.

Planet Hollywood Hair Salon - I didn’t make it to the spa this trip but I did get to the hair salon. Nice place, very friendly staff but beware of the prices...ouch!!
Body English - My first time to this club. We had an absolute blast but overall I don’t think it would be my first choice for a return visit. Compared to some other clubs I’ve been, the clientele just didn’t do it for me. I know this club is a favorite for some, but I wasn’t to impressed...just my opinion.

Harrahs - Changed hotels for my last three nights. I haven’t stayed at Harrahs for probably five years and was pleasantly surprised. I must have gotten one of the remodeled rooms because the ugly bedspreads and drapes were gone. I was a little disappointed with my “strip view†but I guess that’s what happens when you check in late in the evening.

Lenny Kravitz at the Pearl - An absolutely awesome concert! But then again, it was Lenny.
For those of you who haven’t made it to a concert at the Pearl it’s a very cool venue, small and intimate. Wish I could have taken some pictures, but you know the rules...no cameras allowed. I was able to sneak a few on my cell during the concert, but that’s about the best I could do.

Sin, VegasDrea, Shock and Angelchick are gone now and I meet up with hubby and some other friends who are in town for the concrete convention. After spending the day here and there gambling we just happen to end up at Carnival Court. They had an awesome 70’s band playing, Wonder Boogie, complete with huge afro’s and spandex pants. Pretty sure we closed the place down, but after all the free shots it’s hard to remember.

Oh, I feel like crap!
Spend the day with Mikey gambling here and there. My preferred game of choice this trip is craps, so Mikey and I spend most of the day on the tables. And just a little advice people...DO NOT interrupt the roller. I was on the roll of my life when hubby walks up and says “I didn’t know you played craps.†Yep, my next roll...seven. 
The entire table was ready to pounce on him so he quickly made his exit. After dinner and a little more gambling Vegas had caught up with me and I called it an early evening.
Wednesday
Up early and off with my girlfriend to try the craps tables again before heading out at noon. The mojo was gone and I quickly retreated to retrieve my luggage and end another fabulous trip.
Thank you to Sin, Drea, Scott, Sandra, Becky and Mikey for making this another great trip! Can’t wait to do it again.
