Mlife system update - app showing incorrect info

    So when i tried to log in to my Mlife stuff yesterday it said they were doing an update, no biggie. Now though my app shows me with no TC, no points, and no ExC. Tried logging out and back in but still the same. When I login on the internet it shows fine. Just the app is wonky. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue or not. Since online is okay I'm going to see what happens, but didn't know if it was widespread issue or not.

    Coming out of lurkdom, hi!

    I’m at the Park MGM right now, and the system has been down for around 24 hours (to our knowledge).

    Due to stupid coincidences, I was at the MLife desk when it opened yesterday morning, and they said the system was down. By noon, they had signs up all over saying that they were doing a “system upgrade,” but when I talked to the same assistant later that day, she laughed when I was like “it’s an upgrade now”? And said there was no ETA when the “upgrade” would finish.

    Mine are all zero too. Site works fine and has the reservations my host made, but apparently the data isn't all there yet. Their IT systems went to the lowest bidder, but they might at some point realize they missed hooking up the data :)

    My app is all zeroed out too . Looking like it's system wide.

    System was down all day yesterday. Able to log in again today and see my upcoming reservation, but no points either. I wouldn't be concerned. Mutiple times in the past all my points have disappeared following an update, only to appear again a couple days later

    As to points "disappearing" - it seems to happen a few times a year. Total system down does happen as well - their IT systems must be quite a patchwork mess.

    I just logged in and everything looks fine except that HGS points are still (been like that for about a week) zero.
