Is it just me or a few people, or is the Mlife site still not working right after their maintenance last night. It said it would be back at 6 this morning. I would have thought someone else would have commented by now so maybe its just me.
I tried to log on again (3:20p CST) and the website is open. However, I called the VIP marketing number and their systems are not up to help customers yet. "Lawrence" says to try back Thursday.
Lots of errors My 3 night comped rooms do not show as a comp. I sent my host a text and he said Not to worry about it Its a Glitch in the system
We are MLife Platinum, so we don't do much on the website or app-we usually just call. But, for some reason a couple of weeks ago I went to look for prevailing Penthouse Suite offers at Bellagio and I couldn't sign in. I couldn't use the iOS app either. When you emailed MLife you got a 'mailbox full' message. Finally this week everything seemed back to normal. In general, my experience with MLife in person has been excellent, but the website and mobile app are pretty bad, often dysfunctional and bug ridden. It's always surprised me that MGM seems to not devote much attention to their MLife site.
