I've stayed at an MLife property 3 of the last 4 years in Vegas. I have typically received the 2 nights comped at the lower end casinos. Last year, I was offered 3 nights and $100 RC for everything up to MB. Since September, I have received nothing. It has been about 1 year since I was in Vegas. Why would the offers dry up so fast? I want to plan another trip in the summer.

I would guess level of play maybe?

How many tier credits and EC did you earn on last trip?

You might still be able to get something if you call in, but if your play has dropped, even a little, that might be it.

Note that MGM doesn't aggressively send offers like CET does.

I can think of two things here: 1) they tried to get you to up your play by giving you another night and some resort credit, and you didn't live up to the offer, or 2) you can still get the same offer but you'd have to give someone a call to get it.

Pretty much bang on. Call the MLIFE marketing department directly at the hotel you want to stay at. Give them your PC # and they can likely do somthing for you.
