MyVegas Mlife Desk Hours

We are going to redeem a MyVegas reward for a breakfast BOGO buffet. From what I understand, we have to redeem the reward the day we are going to use the reward. What time do the Mlife desks open? We are using a Mirage breakfast BOGO and a Bellagio BOGO. TIA!!!!
 
I've used bogo myvegas rewards a million times and I've never had to do it same day. They will usually ask you when you activate it what day you want to use it.

I would suggest going the day before and just saying you're going to use it tomorrow.
 
Agreed, always done it the day, or two, before....no issues
 
Good to know. I have redeemed rewards and the person at the desk has told me that I had to use it that day. I will just do it a day before and if they tell me it has to be the same day, then that's what I'll do, then ask what the desk hours are.
 
You'll probably get different answers depending on who you ask. I was surprised when the guy at M Bay told me I had 72 hours to use it when we activated breakfast rewards in January. We were headed there anyway so I didn't question him about it. I've been told before at other places that I had to use it that day.
 
Does anyone know the Mirage MLife desk hours? We can't get there the day before, but we want to redeem MyVegas reward for breakfast on the same day.
 
A tangent. Why the hell do
These desks ever close ? It can’t cost much to staff them and pit bosses can be so cranky when asked to replace cards late nights for people not sitting at their tables.

Agreed. Plus, longer hours/24 hours would cut down on the increasingly long lines at each of them

This is becoming an ISSUE. Seriously I have tried to redeem rewards at Luxor and the Ex on my last two trips, saw the lines at the desks and walked away without redeeming. It needs to get fixed. I still don't understand why they cant link MV to ML and just load the reward automatically to your card so you don't have to stand there for a half hour to get a reward that may only have a $10 value. It's silly, and it makes me want to dump the game.
