Yesterday was a good day.

Me, Eddie, Ed, Derek, Tammie & Nate, and even Bazootch got our reservations for March Madness.

We'll be staying at the LV Club, as usual for four nights at $30 per night, North Tower rooms. Now I just got to get some reasonable airfare ($295 on Southwest, $315 on Expedia yesterday...)

I think the T-Minus is around 104, if I'm not mistaken.

The wife & I have our airline tickets for The Trip, $216 R/T from Hartford on Southwest (non-stop to boot). Arrive on St Paddie's Day around noon, and don't leave until the following Tuesday.

We're still holding out for a good rate at a Strip hotel (MGM, TI, Monte Carlo, etc.)...so far we have 5 definites making the trip from CT.

I'm lobbying the group to take a side trip out to L.A. for a day...one of my lifelong dreams is to be on The Price Is Right, and they're taping that week..."I'll bid one dollar, Bob!"

What dates are you booked? I'm still working on hubby....(he got a great room offer from Fitzgeralds--I had to ask him how much time he spent playing craps there!!! It's $29 or $47 weekends in March I think) Airfare is still the biggie (plus time off--March is hugely busy for him) Just want to check the dates though, I'll think about looking at airfare

Bazootch--why don't you ship your kids off to the woods to forage for the weekend and give your wife the luxury of time alone That and jewelry should do the trick!!

So it's officially on.... nice. I'm booked at the Trop Wed, Thurs, and Friday nights.

Dang....I think I went six times this year...now I have March booked, and I'm trying to scam a seminar in late January. That's too often, isn't it?

We will be arriving on Thursday, March 18th and staying through Monday the 22nd.
