Hi all, wasn't even sure how I wanted to title this thread. I'm a casual fan of the casino floor and just can't make it feel like it used to with all the automated roulette changes that were made in casinos I liked to visit. So, I'm trying to compile a list of casinos in Michigan north of Lansing that have I guess what I call a traditional roulette table still. Meaning the wheel is onsite with a gaming table and chips to place and the whole bit. Not sure if there is a term to describe this more specifically, lol. Anyway, all I know of so far is Ojibwa around the Marquette area in the UP. If anyone could tell me of any others I would be grateful. Or even where I could go online that would give me more information on this. Was hoping it wasn't going to be as involved as calling each one and trying to explain what I wanted in a way they would understand.

Surprised by this but I don't see these kinds of posts anywhere. Figured some may like the 'legacy' feel of old school experience as well. Thanks in advance for any help! GLE

As a *troll* (iykyk!) I havent seen much on the reservation casino table offerings, and I wanted to enjoy some snowmobile routes with MrsP

Baraga I know closed their tables rn, Marquette has a *likely* standard double 0 on their weird wed-sat schedule after 4pm

Turtle Creek for sure. Was last up there in October and they still have one table.

I believe all mid Michigan casino, including tribal ones, have traditional roulette. Saganing near Tawas may be the only one that doesn't.

Thanks for all the replies guys... I go on a family reunion weekend kind of thing in March and we usually alternate... Little River, Kewadin (St. Ignace and Sault Ste. Marie) and Bay Mills but trying to talk them into other places as I think all those guys have either no or some automated kind of roulette. Would take suggestions if anyone had one...

While not quite "up north", Firekeepers does have live SINGLE ZERO roulette on the main floor, usually at $10, at the end of the pits by the bar. I circled it I this picture. I'll be there tomorrow night to verify it's still there.

Pretty much anywhere with an attached hotel - Island, Turtle Creek, Little River - will have such a table. Saganing Eagle is where it diverts. Odawa also likely has roulette though it's been awhile since I've been there (2 years or so is a long time for me!). I did however just learn via Kewadin's site that they don't have roulette except as an ETG outside of Manistique. That's kinda weird.

Maybe this is a situation where I just have bad luck. I haven't visited a lot of casinos but the ones I have seemed to have modified there table games since covid.. I don't think any Kewadin Casino, Little River, Ojibwa in Baraga, or Bay Mills has roulette - or at least roulette where you dont have to push a button or tap on a screen or get a payout from a ticket...

My potential list

I’ve been sleeping on checking out Firekeepers, and this might just tip the scales for me!

I confirmed FK still has the single zero table on the main floor by that bar, except it's across the aisle where I have it marked here. The other one is double zero that I originally marked. Unfortunately, it was closed today, so I couldn't check limits.
