The article you linked said they wont be interesting in the Grand Vic if you read between the lines.

“Grand Victoria is one of the leading casinos in the Chicagoland market and is extremely well-maintained, which will allow us, upon closing, to focus on enhancing the guest experience and operating results without the need to undertake capital investments,” Gary Carano, chairman and chief executive office of Eldorado, said on a conference call Monday.

What is scary is that with the declining revenues/attendance since Rivers Casino opened the outside maintenance of the "riverboat" needs a good paint job and face lift.....very old and dirty looking.

Maybe the new owners can bring back the 5 additional Craps tables that used to be at the "Grand Vic" and have been removed the past 5 years or so.....
