MGM Grand Stay Well

I've done a little research on the board here but got lazy so here are a few question.

Does the spa also have massages available?
Are the Stay Well rooms on one floor? I believe from being at MGM a few times there is a Stay Well option on the elevator which I believe is floor 15? I can't remember. I know it has its own check-in area so I'm curious if Stay Wells are on every floor or one specific floor.

I believe that all the stay well rooms are on floor 14
