MGM Gift Shoppe Nov.10-13, Hours its open?

Does anyone know the Hours, the Gift shoppe is open daily at MGM?

And where its being held, exactly?

I emailed them, but haven't heard back & can't find it listed anywhere.

I know it ends Sunday. I'm cutting it close, so need to know the Hours. Thanks

The ballroom event is at Nov. 10-13 @ MGM Grand, but each mLife casino has kiosks that you can order from.

The December event is December 1-4 at Bellagio.

 

Can the kiosk be used to convert points to freeplay? Or is that done at the MLife desk?

 

Wondering if you know if they leave the kiosks open after the days of the actual event.
Could be wrong but I think I recall Aria having the kiosk open near the end of December a couple years ago.

 

I would say no, because HGS points expire at the end of the last day of the Bellagio Ballroom event (12/4/2016).

From the R&R (rules and regulations):

1. Eligible Holiday Gift Shoppe participants are subject to all terms and conditions of M life Rewards membership as outlined in the Program Rules.

2. Eligible M life Rewards members receive one (1) Holiday Gift Shoppe Point (Gift Point) for every one (1) M life Rewards point earned on slot play between 12:01 AM on January 1, 2016 to the conclusion of the 2016 Holiday Gift Shoppe event at 11:59 PM PDT on Sunday, December 4, 2016 plus any Gift Points earned during Holiday Gift Shoppe Bonus points promotions during the same period.

3. Each participant’s available Gift Point balance will be confirmed in-person at the Holiday Gift Shoppe event check-in. Only the balance in the Holiday Gift Shoppe system will be honored.

4. Holiday Gift Shoppe redemption Gift Point values are determined at the sole discretion of MGM Resorts International.

5. Gift points expire at the conclusion of 2016’s Holiday Gift Shoppe.

I might order one item, but thinking of mostly getting Freeplay...

Has anyone done this?

If I make it to MGM & convert my points to FP, (before 2 pm tomorrow at MGM or on kiosk til 11pm)
can it be used right away?

Is FP only good at the casino where you are converting???

 

The freeplay is loaded directly onto your card...We just got back from attending this event- The gift cards can only be redeemed at the MGM event , but otherwise, everything else can be done through the mlife desk at your mlife property. You can even do the spin and win slot tournament at each property as well. Enjoy!

 

I had too many points to spend this year, but made it in the nick of time....
Got to the floor of MGM (last Sunday) with only 15 mins to spare before event closed at 2.
Why?
I didn't realize, it was the day of the freakin Rock N Roll marathon.
They Closed LV Blvd and were funneling 4 lanes of cars into
a side street! I ended up getting Back on the 15 and looped Back thru the airport, and behind Mgm,
and made it to valet that way.
What a cluster!

But managed to get xmas gift purses ordered, & Freeplay for next wknd., so a worthwhile trip!

Next event at Bell, but I don't need to attend. I'm all done. Yay.

So is the freeplay only good at the property you redeem or since it's loaded onto your card you can use at any MGM property? Also, do you have to be staying at an MGM property to redeem HGS points, like for example if I'm staying at Cosmopolitan or the Wynn or even not staying at any property but just pop in to redeem during the redemption period, can I do that? Will the Bellagio one have kiosks?

 

From what I understand, the Freeplay is loaded onto your card (I did it at the Mgm event Checkout desk)
and can use the FP at Any MGM prop, for up to 18 mos I was told. Mine will be gone next wknd I'm sure.
